Our training is grounded in neuroscience and real SEN school leadership experience. We work with schools on the training that matters most right now: understanding why children behave as they do, building the internal provision to support them well, and examining the cultural and identity factors that shape how behaviour is seen and responded to in your school.

Maureen offers one-to-one coaching and supervision for new, aspiring and serving school leaders. One relationship, different formats depending on what you need.
